This hotel was absolutely horrible. We stayed here for 4 nights and completely regret choosing this hotel. Our friends were robbed twice! In there hotel room! Once while they were sleeping and once while they werent in their room. The staff was not friendly or helpful. The breakfast was okay. However we saw them filling up the water they serve you from the hose on the side of the hotel. Locks do not work well. Plus you need a key lock the door at night. The location is way out of the way. In the rooms the showers take a long time to get to the any warm. And you can either have a really hot or a really cold shower. Also many of us had an ant infestation in our rooms and in our showers. This was very unpleasant. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this hotel.

Quick two night stay, Daughters first visit to Rome (nine y.o.). Had booked Bled but led around corner to Daniela. Room dark and cold. Had to leave early on leaving day (seven) no breakfast available. Realised at Termini camera left in room. Phoned desk, and receptionist (man) said ring back in 5 minutes. Duly did and said no camera ?!; [Integrity questioned here. Precious memories gone. Won,t return. Expected more for 70 pounds a night, sorry Bled not again.

There are 2 buildings to this hotel. If you are facing the hotel from the street you want the building on the left. Each room has its own functioning AC, large bathrooms, nice beds. The other building has central air that does not work and is pretty run down. If its summer and you're in the old building you'll be miserable. Check out the pizza place around the corner... pretty tasty.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The room had an odor. The day clerk was very rude. We asked for extra towels and never got them. Clerk comment, "We can't drop everything just to help you". Drinking glasses dirty. Breakfast served stale food. Bed was dilapidated. Limited air conditioning. Had to run the water for 20 minutes before it got warm. Red spots on walls. Location is in a questionable area. No deadbolts on the door. During the last night of our stay, someone entered our room between 12:30 and 5:00 in the morning - while we were sleeping! Camera, jewlery, money and purse was stolen. The room next to us was also robbed of their jewelry and money. The police think we were probably drugged, which is why none of us awoke during the robberies. The hotel staff was not helpful. We reported it to the manager before leaving, and none of her staff reported to her that there were robberies or that the police had been there. This hotel is a disaster. Avoid it at all costs. And never stay at a hotel without a deadbolt on your door!
