Pro - Clean room. A/C in our room works really well.
- Very close to train station.
- Friendly staff.
- Value (310 Euro for 3 nights in early October)

Con - Our room was in a different building, we had to make a short walk outside to get to the hotel (ie: to get hot water, breakfast in the morning etc).
- No English channels.
- Breakfast wasn't the best, as other reviews have mentioned, the juice was really bad. Just stick with coffee and croissant.

My husband and I stayed here for one night, which was the last night of our trip. The hotel is within walking distance from the main station Termini. The area around the train station can be a bit seedy. The hotel itself is not near any attractions. We chose it because it was cheap and near the train station, so we could get to the airport early the next morning. We came from the port via train so it was basically for convenience. The room was small and dark, but fine for the one night. The bathroom was small which is expected. I would not make it your home base if you are staying in Rome for more than one night.

Stayed there for 2 nights with wife and son. We were glad we did not stay there longer as it would have ruined the trip. The room for 3 was extremely small. We hated it on the spot. The was no place to walk, just 3 small beds. We had to walk over the luggages to go from one bed to another. The toilet room was very small too, with a 2 feet by 2 feet square shower. Bigger people would not be able to get in the shower. The worst experience by far was the smell. At first, things were ok but in the middle of the night, it started to smell sewers in the room, to a point where it became unbearable by 8 Am. Then the smell goes away until the next night. This hotel must have a morning blumbing problem when all people uses the bathroom at the same time. Good thing we stayed there unly 2 nights, we evacuated the room very early the second day. Staff is not too friendly and did not bother talked to them. We'll never go back there again.

My husband and I stayed here for one night. We were going to be in Rome for one last night at the end of our trip. The hotel is within walking distance from the main station Termini. The area around the train station can be a bit seedy. The hotel itself is not near any attractions. We chose it because it was cheap and near the train station, so we could get from Florence back into Rome and than back to the airport in the early morning. The room was small and dark, but fine for the one night, the staff was helpful and the breakfast wasn't anything great, even by European standards. Important to note is Rome only has two metro lines both running out of the main station Termini, so getting around via metro was super easy being so close to the station.
