My wife and I stayed 3 nights at the end of April/09. The hotel was 10 minutes walk from Termini, therefore very convenient. With the seniors discount, it was also a good price (117 euros/night). The room, on the second floor of the "main" part of the hotel (they have overflow rooms around the corner somewhere, which we did not see), was average size, had a nice bath with shower, was very clean, and the maid service was good. The hotel was well-maintained, and the staff were quite helpful when we needed them. Their internet cafe of 3 PC's was free and available, and appreciated by me. The breakfast, eaten in a cheery and bright room, was great, with 2 types of dry cereal (good granola and some kind of a flaked cereal like corn flakes which we did not try), several kinds of pastries, great rolls, several kinds of cheeses and meats, lots of jams, peanut butter and nutella spread, and some fruit -- which was not quite up to the standard of the other parts of the breakfast. Coffee, hot water for tea, and hot milk were available, The juices were a bit watery, but still OK. The only issue we had was that the bed was too hard (a comment I had seen from others), but for only 3 nights, considering the location and price etc., it was OK. The street was reasonably quiet, we felt safe at all times. I think we would strongly consider staying here again, especially if they get softer mattresses.

Our stay at this hotel was pleasant. They were very helpful in directing us to certain locations, had a great breakfast in the morning and the rooms were nice. Very safe neighborhood, quiet and would certainly recommend to someone traveling alone.

Upon arrival the guys behind the desk spoke perfect English, which helps a lot! They were very nice and professional, well dressed and friendly. Our room was very nice, spotless clean with our own bathroom. The breakfast in the morning was a bit bumped up from all the other hotels we had stayed in so far in Italy. Even though we didn't think breakfast was a big deal, it really helps to have a good start to the morning, and you don't have to run out of the hotel looking for something to eat immediately! Beds were comfortable, and they had nice towels.

They also had CNN in English on the tv. I am not a big TV watcher, but it's nice to be able to see what is going on in the world when you are traveling.

The hotel is in a great location only a 5 min walk from the main train station. Neighborhood seemed to be safe even at night - we never had any problems.

Highly recommended hotel! And I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was cheap, spotlessly clean and close to the metro and the station. Whilst it isn't in the Spanish Steps area you don't pay those prices and you certainly get good value for money. The hotel is one of the best looking in the area after walking round and seeing some of the others.

Being close to the station gives you access to both Metro lines and lots of busses so if you're not planning on being in the hotel much this is a great area to be.

The staff were friendly and polite and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good and there were internet connections in reception.

To sum up, you pay for what you get and with this hotel you get everything and more than you would expect and is a great place to be based for a trip to Rome. I'd highly recomend it.

This is a very nice, quiet reasonably priced hotel with easy access to Stazione Termini, the main railway station in Rome. The staff are very accomodating. The breakfast is excellent. I recommend it if you need to be within easy walking distance of the train station, but otherwise the neighborhood isn't the most attractive in Rome. Rooms are spotlessly clean & spacious, but on a cold night I didn't have ability to raise the heat with a thermostat. Late night staff was not very well trained. Front desk woke me up late one night to ask if I needed a train schedule, then gave me wrong information.
