Great location, staff was very nice to us. Room was big and very clean. It was a bit noisy on some nights. But overall we would stay there again.

The rooms are nice, well decorated and they all have balconies. The bathroom is big. Everything was clean.
Two steps from the trevi fountain, the hotel is located at the heart of the city.
The personal was kind and the breakfast reasonable.

We made a reservation for this hotel through this site. They immediately emailed to state that the room we booked was not a nice room and they could offer us a better room at 20 euros more a night. After reading these reviews on trip advisor we had concerns about the experience at this hotel. So we cancelled. In letting the hotel know that they should review these reviews and try to correct problems this is their answer:
"OK perfect, I think it’s better for you and specially for us, people like you are not welcome…" . Apparently tourists are not welcome if they alert the staff to problems.

Well located, near Fontana de Trevi and other interesting places in Roma, you don't need a car or a bus to go around. Piaza D'Espagna, Via del Corso, Via Condoti... it's all there in a five minute walking... we can also visit the Coliseum in a 20 minute walking... I stay in a room outside the main building of the hotel, a spacious room, cleanned everyday, good bathroom, nice reconstruction... did not have any breakfast in the principal building, but someone told me it's Ok for the price we pay. If I went again to Roma , and I did put a coin in Fontana de Trevi.. ahaha... I will look for this hotel again.
