Stayed for 4 nights from June 8 - 12; got 2 rooms for my family with 3 teenagers. We arrived via an overnight train from Paris and just walked from Termini Station to the Hotel for 15 minutes; so we saved on taxis...we checked in around 1130AM and although it was not yet check in time, we were immediately given 1 room to wash-up and store our lugagges.. both our rooms were clean, comfortable and with aircon...bathrooms were clean with fresh towels daily...while breakfast offering was same daily, at least we had something before our walking tours...hotel staff were very friendly and helpful...hotel also offers free use of a notebook which you can bring to your room for the duration of your stay and with unlimited internet privilege....hotel's location is excellent: near Termini, Via Nazionale and Repubblicca Metro Station...another plus factor was the presence of a supermart just diagonally across the hotel ( a 5 minute walk)....pizzerias. cafes and shops are also around the neighborhood....area is safe.....overall, our stay was excellent and we did not encounter any problem whatsoever...finally, they offered 5% discount by paying in cash which we availed of....Will definitely return to this hotel if we have another opportunity to visit Rome and VAtican again...

Hotel was not too grand in appearance. But there were very accommodating!! I got there 10am and check in wasn't until 1pm..They get me a room within a hour which I was very thankful for due to having a long flight. It's close to the train station and sight seeing tours. The rooms and elevator is small, but very nice and clean. I would definitely stay there again!!

The hotel is perfectly located - in walk distance from Railway Station, close to the centre.

Small but very comfortable rooms, nice look at Via del Viminale, old fashioned lift ;).
Very helpfull service.

Breakfast rooms very small but compansated very tasty breakfasts and delicious cakes.

Booked two rooms here for myself, mum ,sister and neice for 4 nights . Very close to Termini and shuttle bus from airport. Well looked after at breakfast by lovely staff.
Lots of fresh cakes and croissants every day. Quirky old fashioned lift. Room small but adequate on 5th floor. A visit to remember.
Will return with my husband
