I walked into this hotel with no reservation, needing a place to stay after the hotel i had booked previously didnt work out. the gentleman at the front desk was extremely understanding and helpful, and showed me their available room; a lovely double on the garden. i took it gladly, and for my two night stay, i was met with the most attentive service ive experienced at any hotel- budget, middle class, or otherwise. this is not a five star hotel, but the rooms are airconditioned, and have CNN in english on the tv (which was appreciated after 2 weeks traveling around europe). the location cant be beat, and you can get buses to any and all of the attractions just around the corner. in fact, the gentleman at the front desk personally walked me to the bus stop and showed me which bus to get on. this was greatly appreciated. i will certainly stay here on my next trip to rome, and i highly recommend that you do too.

Good location, nice hotel with perfect services! Yes, it´s true - small but tidy and very cosy rooms. Staff was friendly especially the lady in breakfast room! Buffet breakfast was exceptionally good: pastries, ham, cheese, yoghurt, cereals etc. Simply perfect middle class hotel!

Stayed for three nights in this charming little hotel just a few minutes walk from Termini. The little courtyard garden with a Lemon Tree was very lovely - as was the breakfast room looking out onto it. Breakfast was included and was continenal in style, with more that enough to eat.

The staff were very welcoming and curtious. The rooms were clean, and well appointed. The only downside I think was that the bathrooms were a bit small - at least in the rooms in the Garden where we stayed.

But very happy to return!

I read some people saying the rooms were small. Well no, they are not that small (for that price – we got it for 52 euro a room a night). Rooms were nice and tidy, tv, fridge, nice clean toilet. Only thing here is, the shower is very small to fit into. I’m not a big person, and I was bumping my elbows off the walls!

Location. 4 mins walk from main terminal station , which is about 2.8K from city centre. Just find the main entrance to terminal station, go straight up, about the 4th left, at nearly end of street. A taxi to centre is about 6-14 euros (more expensive at night), but watch them as they tend to add extras.

The staff are first class. Very helpful. Would go out of the way to give you a helping hand.

I was in room 222, which was on main street. So it can be noisy , in the morning. But overall for a bunch of friends , its great value.
