A modern luxury hotel in a quiet cul de sac. In excellent clean condition. Just remember not to try to squeeze more than three people into the lift.
Outside the centre of Rome so avoiding the centre's rip off pricing and noise. In a quiet neighbourhood though with the shops being closed for the summer "ferie" it might be noisier in a busier time. An excellent restaurant just round the corner - at which we ended up eating every night for less than 50 Euros for the four of us. The tram stop by the restaurant gives rapid service into the tourist centre for just one Euro per trip (or less if you buy the full day or multi day passes).
Friendly and helpful (recommended the restaurant and advised on transport, links and tours - you can even book tours of Rome). Some of the staff had excellent English. Personal laundry service - done in one day but I'm not sure how clean they got some items. We had booked two rooms and asked for same floor or next to each other; the staff made sure they were next to each other.
The rooms were a little small - but very quiet except for some other guests being a boisterous pain in the small hours on a couple of nights. Being in a quiet cul-de-sac - there was no external noise and the air conditioning made them quite comfortable. So a good nights sleep was a distinct delight! They were modern, clean and well appointed with all the expected modern facilities - as were the shower rooms.
