“Good location, but nothing more...”

The hotel is really close (10 minutes walk) to Termini Railway Station, but nothing more than that. Although it was clean, the room was really hot, there was no air conditioning and it was located on the forth floor, but the elevator only reached the third floor. The bathroom was really a poor and small one, with a weird shower (no curtains and no "shower structure", just a tap pouring water all over the bathroom). The price per night is not acceptable for such poor facilities.

Water freezing cold on our first night barely tepid thereafter. Manager refused to adjust our bill because he felt this was caused by the other customers using water and therefore beyond his control. Good location but don't expect to shower!

Just got back from Italy. Stayed at the Hotel Zara for three nights. Nice room at the back of the hotel so it was quiet. Supermarket up the street and a resturant next door. We got sandwiches to go everyday plus cheese and meats. You can purchase you bus/metro tickets at the resturant. Helpful staff, good breakfast (included in price) can't beat the location. 15 min. walk to most attractions. Would definately stay again.

The hotel is located off a main road so our room was quiet. We arrived early and left our luggage at the hotel whilst we went to the Trevi Fountain (15 mins walk away) until our room was ready. Staff were very helpful. They booked a night bus tour and airport taxi for us. Room was clean. Breakfast nice. Colosseum is 20 mins walk away. Good restaurants around. Self service laundry 8 mins walk away. Not too bad. Stayed 3 nights.
