Location: good. Easy to navigate, Near Roma Termini and Metro Repubblica. Lots of other small Hotels around. So many tourists.
Cleanliness: Rooms cleaned everyday, Corridors were clean and neat too.
Room: Room building is next building to the reception (ground level). Just a few steps away only. Adequate size for 2 pax with 2 large luggage. We took the most basic room for 2 pax. Had a ledge behind door to put our shopping everyday. Bed size was double bed. Wardrobe was very small. Had a working safe. TV had no English channels and was on the higher level of a shelf. Window was facing main street, but not noisy. The window panels was old Italian style, which was quite interesting, but had another layer of glass.
Safety: Was initially paranoid about the safety in that area from hearsays. But we found it still walkable at night about 9+pm. However the local Italians will say that it is not safe.
Accessibility: This hotel ties up with GREEN LINE tour bus, and if we buy tickets off the hotel, a 1euro discount is given. The starting point of the bus is about 5mins walk from the hotel, opp the termini, easy to find. The bus pretty much covers many things, but its stops are not very visible. We waited at the wrong stop before, as there was no indication.
Eating: B/fast was provided at 3rd flr. Cereals, eggs, toasts, loafs, fruits, yohgurt etc. You won't be hungry because there are many places to dine. From nice restaurants to standby counter cafes.
Shopping: There is a shopping street nearby about 10mins walk, with a funny mix of local designers and American brands.
This hotel is recommendable. In total, we met 3 staff during our 3nights stay. They were all very friendly and attended to every customer as best as they could, but only 1 person is workin at a time, therefore, too bad for the person waiting behind.

Thank you very much for sharing your experience on Tripadvisor, we appreciate it. I am very happy that you spent a good time at Selene and had very good words about our staff. Unfortunately, we are not a massive 4/5 stars hotel with high rates and we are not able to afford more than one front desk unit at a time. In some hours of the day we have our Front Desk Manager working along with the Front Desk Operator but this is only on business day hours.
Feel free to come back next time and check our new upgraded rooms.
