We stayed 5 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for sightseeing, within walking distance of Colosseum, Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Vittorio Emaneule Monument and Piazza Navona.
Very good selection of restaurants and Bars nearby.
Metro/trains and buses 7/8 minute walk with a Supermarket 2 minutes around the corner.
The Hotel is basic but it is spotlessly clean. Our room was a good size with a very comfortable bed, great shower and lovely view over Piazza.
The hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful.
We would definately recommend this Hotel and would not hesitate to go back.

this is a nice little hotel, stayed two nights here, we were budget travellers so we expected worst and were pleasently surprised.

the guy at the reception was cool, very helpfull, he drew on the map and told us how to get to places.

the room was a straight forward room, nothing fancy, booked a tripe room, got three beds, room and bathroom were very clean.

had a safety box in the cabinet, kept all the stuff there, no problem.

we were using the hotel just to sleep so all we cared about was the bed and clean bathroom.

breakfast...just ignore it, have a tea/coffee if you want, other than that i wouldnt touch anything on the plate, go outside and eat!
not really complaining about the breakfast, we booked cheap and breakfast was cheap as you would expect.

the location is what this hotel is all about, right close to the roma termini and republicca metro station, what else do u need? from here you can see the whole of rome in 2 days... thats what we did :-).

easy to get to hotel via taxi even if you dont know any italian, all taxis know piazza di viminale...so u dont have to show them maps point fingers

I have spent 5 summers in Rome and this hotel is by far the best deal! Staying in Rome can be very expensive, and if you aren't willing to fork out a lot of cash you find yourself living without the creature comforts of home, or miles from the city center. This hotel is in the heart of Rome, and across the street from the ministry of defense, so safety is not an issue. They have a lovely little breakfast that is included, served to you by an adorable grandma, and a sweet yorkie that greats you at the door. The rooms are basic but have one feature that is hard to find for a good price... air conditioning!

I highly recommend this hotel for their hospitality, convenience and price!

As with everything else in Rome (like the Sistine Chapel) book way in advance to avoid disappointment. We booked this hotel at short notice and were disappointed.

15 minutes walk from Spanish steps along a busy road, rooms very small, basic and not very clean. One room was decorated like a jungle with just a small window out on to the laundry/cleaning supplies ! Breakfast basic - a slice of stale cake, rolls and a yoghurt, not buffet just set at the table each day. If booking direct with hotel you must pay at end of stay in cash - very overpriced for what you get..

Do not spoil your trip to this wonderful city by staying here !
