My wife and I enjoyed our two nights at this B&B. Cristina and Pietro were very helpful. They exceeded our expectations by walking with us to the metro and helping us buy tickets.

The location and our room both worked very well for us. Breakfast was good and was ready for us each morning at our convenience.

Room Tip: If you want a balcony, ask for a room with a balcony.

My stay here was such a pleasant surprise - after staying in other Rome hotels, my expectations were not high. My experience started when I was walking from the train terminus and the owner, Pietro, had come to meet me to ensure I found my way. He lead me into a beautiful forecourt garden and then up the lift to the B & B where I met his lovely wife, Christina. I was shown my room and then provided with espresso coffee and biscuits. They provided maps and were able to recommend places to eat and things to see, all with easy access.
The B & B consists of 3 spacious rooms with ensuites and a shared breakfast/kitchen area. My room was delightful – the décor had a very personal touch and there was a balcony with flowering plants – so Italian. An added bonus was the free high speed wifi in the rooms. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need for breakfast including home-made pastries and that espresso machine. Christina and Pietro are thoughtful, caring hosts and seem to love what they do. I would highly recommend their property to anyone staying in Rome.

This is a gem of a property. Especially in the owners: Pietro & Christina. This was our first experience with a B&B and it did not dissapoint. We were kind of lost trying to find the property and Pietro actually came out looking for us! Can you say that for any hotel employee out there? We lost track of where the B&B is because Via Principe Amedeo has the numbers on on one block turned smaller and then went back to normal again after that one block. It confuses a lot of traveller that is trying to find the B&B. The bedroom was nice and it has a new bathroom. The kitchen was great especially the espresso machine. Pietro was so helpful that he lined up all attractions that we should see in the 3 days that we spent in Rome. 7-8 minutes walk to the Termini. Good breakfast spread. Ask Pietro the direction to Shawarma Station if you are looking for buget eatery. Do not miss the gelato suggestion that Pietro & Christina suggest. Would definely go back if I stop in Rome. Just having a friend in Pietro and Christina is worth it!

Room Tip: We stayed at the room with the balcony. It was great.

Location is near the train and bus station with easy walking to all the sites. Pietro and italitywere the best host ever. They are very helpful when it comes to answering any questions you might have about Rome. The bedrooms are nice with updated amenities. Everything you need is there for your enjoyment. The kitchen is self serve during the day but in the morning there is a wonderful breakfast prepared for your start of the day. We are looking forward in returning to Rome and will stay here again.

Pietro n Cristina are the friendliest and kindnest people we have ever met. The b&b is located less than 10 min walking frim termini station and emanuelle metro station. The place is new and clean. Pietro n cristina took the time to greet us and gave us an over view of rome. They even planned out the trip for us (very helpful). They also helped us with our baggage after we checked out. They are perhaps one of the nicest people we have ever met.

The b&b is big enough for two people. We got the room near the balcony. The breakfast was also great n it was good to start the day with healthy breakfast. The internet was also fast.

I recommend this place for all the traveller!!

Ok so there are many many places to stay in Rome....I searched for weeks and came across this beautiful place Bianagiulia. It is owned by a couple Cristina and Pietro. The nicest couple you will ever meet. They are humble and will take care of your every needs. They live close by and they can assist you with anything you want..we booked online to go to the Vatican Museum to avoid the ques and the website stated we had to print a ticket and Pietro was only happy to help. The area is vibrant and has absolutely everything on your doorstep. Chemist, supermarket, restaurants, bars....infact out of the 3 nights we were in Rome the best food we has was a 4 minute walk away to a Italian restaurant on towards termini and it was the best. It was fully booked and full of locals so you know it's good!

Not going to bombard you with my story but here are some key features:

-Termini station around a 4 min walk. And you have another station 2 mins walk away.
-Very clean, 3 rooms in total and decorated like a home. The building is beautiful.
-Breakfast was lovely, quasants, coffee, tea, toast, biscuits and most of all the fresh homemade cakes and chocolate cakes and more.
-Pietro had given us a guide map on where to go and what to see and we followed this pretty much and was great. His recommendations were great. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU VISIT THE ICE CREAM PLACE DOWN THE ROAD. Pietro will show you where it is!
-wifi free and nice and quick.

Oh I could really go on with the list, but I will now say thank you for having us stay with you and if we are ever in Rome again, we will 100% stay with you again.

Nice tip, when you arive at the airport, do not get a train to Termini. Get a coach/bus. The train is 28€ for 2 people and a coach is 4€ per person and is just as quick if not quicker. Approx 30-45 mins.

Thank you again Pietro&Cristina for having us.

Ciao ciao

My husband and sister stayed here during our weekend in Rome and I am so happy that we did. The B&B was a short walk from the train station and Pietro met us outside since it was late and dark and the street number was hard to find. The place is beautiful, the minute you walk in you are met by a gorgeous courtyard with a massive fountain (complete with turtles!!). The rooms were large, yet cozy with very comfortable beds and nice decoration. Very clean and nice with everything that you need including free wifi. The kitchen area is self-service for breakfast and we were able to enjoy delicious coffee and homemade cakes every morning. A very pleasant stay!
