Bad Service all the way through. We were travelling as a group and the check in is already horriable. The lady asked us to come to the right, then she went to do other things to the left, then she call us to the left. what the hack?? The rooms are decent they are clean but that is it. A crapy new smart card system that is so smart it makes the lights go off every few minutes in the room. When requested to have a change of room, it was an advanture. Front desk won't believe us and keep sending people up. It took almost an hour before they are willing to give us a change of room and this is midnight we are talking about. The hotel is quite far from city center so don't stay if you are planning to go into the action. And to top everything off. Taxi request. Better arrange it yourself because the front desk is useless. Requested a cab for 7 am. No cab show up till 7:40 am (we stand infront of the the front desk and said you call a cab right now!!). Requested another cab for a few in the group to go to the airport at 7:15 am. No cab show up till almost 8 am and is a cab so small that it hardly fit 4 adult let alone suitcase, good thing there was another cab that drop off other passengers. May want to skip breakfast too cause not much to talk about.

Stayed here for 2 nights late October 2007. I was part of a large conference group and this is a good hotel for a conference with excellent meeting rooms etc. Room was exellent. Hotel clean and tidy. No problems really. A little too far out from centre to be a good tourist location, although there was a hotel shuttle bus. Taxi fare from Campino airport €55.

I stayed at the hotel because I was not visiting Rome, just transiting between the airport and a cruise that left the next day. My luggage failed to arrive at Rome airport and the hotel staff were fantastic at contacting lost luggage, getting them to track the cruise so my luggage could be returned at some other port (it turned up 3 days later in Monaco). They also arranged a taxi to take me to the cruise the next day via Parco Leonardo, so I could pick up some clothes, toiletries etc.
The hotel was very comfortable and great value for money. Meals were good an not expensive but internet access was very bad. I would stay at this hotel next time I'm in Rome primarily due to the great staff and value for money.

We stayedi n this hotel on the way back from the Amalfi Coast to catch a plane to KL.
Out of all the hotels we stayed in Europe and KL this is the only one I have written a bad review about.
The hotel claims it is a 15 minute trip from the airport (must be by helicopter). The cab cost 55 euros and 50 euros for the return fare.
The room on the second floor (despite being a gold SPG member) was the noisiest room we have ever stayed in. It rained during the night . There is a void next to the room and perhaps the rain noise was coming from there. Impossible to sleep and would have insisted on a change at 2am except for the wife.
I complained next day to the receptionist and followed up with an email but no reponse.
Had dinner in the restaurant and the meal was fine but service was hopeless. A very distinct pecking order amongst the staff which was very very poor.
They advertise a shuttle but you really need to read the timetable as it is hopeless.
To close an absolute disaster of a hotel and the management needs to be changed.
