The hotel is situated in the nearby of the termini station. It's a good location from where you can see all of Rome. I lived for 7 days in the appartement and was very satisfied with it. The girl at the reception is very friendly and very helpful. She gave me some good tips on how to travel to certain locations outside and inside Rome. And she gave me an excellent tip on where to have a good shopping experience. So very happy to stay here!

Good location and really friendly staff. We were able to walk to all tourist attractions and only needed to catch the train to the Vatican. A warning about the hot water system... the system must be in the basement so don't be worried the heat has run out just let the water run for a few minutes longer than you would expect and the hot water will eventually reach your room. (I hated to waste this much water as i am from Australia and we are forced to see our water supplys as precious). Besides that we were really pleased to stay here and would stay again.

Is the first time when you come in the Rome and I was very impressed by this wonderful place ,washrooms wery kept clean,the lady working it was very generous , helpful and spoke English extremely well .I was very happy because I chose this small and beautiful hotel surrounded by ROME.
If I came next time in the Rome definitily I will stay in the same Hotel.

We didn't know what we were getting ourselves into but turned out to be best hotel we've had so far in Europe. The ladies working were very generous and helpful. Centrally located, close to Main metro station, train station and bus station, grocery store 30 meters from the hotel, all kinds of restaurants surrounding the place (both cheap and expensive), laundromat 3 blocks away. Little patio beside the office was amazing, we used it as much as we could. Rooms had Italian feeling to them, with plenty of room. Washrooms were kept clean. Had a fantastic stay....
