The hotel is located a few minutes walk away from the termini station which gives you access to all of central rome. You can walk to all the main attractions (except the vatican) from the hotel as well which we did a few times.
My top tip would be to purchase the roma pass for 23euros each as it gives you 3 days of unlimited metro access and free entry (and less of a queue) for 2 attractions. You can buy it from the post office in the termini station or other places mentioned on their website.
The hotel service was excellent. As we were staying for 3 nights and we booked on the hotels actual website we received a free transfer from the airport to the hotel which made the start of our holiday stress free.
We arrived at the hotel at 12pm (2 hours before check in) but this didnt appear to be a problem. We were greeted by name and asked to have a courtesty drink when they made up our room. We were in our room by 12.15.
We were also given a map which they went through and highlighted all the key areas we might be interested in.
We were in the executive room with jacuzzi bath which was right at the top of the hotel, the only room to be up on the rooftop garden. The room was clean and well presented although the jacuzzi bath was slightly broken with bits missing but it still worked.
The breakfast was ok with a few different choices of pastries, cereals and other breakfast items.
