We stayed here for four nights and found it to be exactly what we expected. The hotel staff were all very nice. I arrived six hours after my cousin and her cell phone wasn't working. The front desk called me for her. The doorman was very friendly and suggested restaurants in the area. The room was large enough with a little balcony in the back of the building. No noise from outside. The bathroom was not large, but very nice and clean. Nice fluffy towels. They have room service for breakfast as an alternative to going to the breakfast room. The breakfast room was very nice and the offerings were typical. The location was perfect for walking with luggage from Termini and is close to all transportation. The Termini area is very safe. Don’t believe everything you hear. The rooftop terrace was very pretty with beautiful views with a bar and cafe. Nice to have a cocktail before heading out to dinner. The lobby area is made up of different rooms and all are exactly as pictured on their website. They have internet, but not sure if they charge for it. My only complaint was that they didn’t have any dresser drawers in the bedroom – only an amoire to hang your clothes with open shelves at the bottom. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The triple room and attached bathroom were clean and spacious.

Although our room was on the first floor facing the road which had a fair bit of traffic, there was no disturbance as the soundproofing was effective.

The Front Office staff were helpful and informative about local sightseeing and travel.

The location was excellent, it being a seven minute walk from Roma termini and the local bus station. Lot of eating places nearby as well.

However we did not try the hotel's terrace restaurant.

The cold buffet breakfast was a good spread.

Close to everything--train station, metro, etc. Walked everywhere. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast!

In a city where hotels are notoriously expensive and standards are low, the Bettoja Hotel Nord is a great choice in Rome. excellent location just far enough away from Termini but close enough for good transport links (both Metro and bus). Spotlessly clean, nice lobby and with old style charm. Bedrooms quite small but well equipped with nice bathroom. Maid service good, reception staff OK. Breakfast served in lovely dining room - although only having large tables means you either have to share or wait for a table. Breakfast itself is disappointing.for such a nice hotel...(typically) dry bread, tinned fruit (?) croissants, cereal, some ham and cheese. the juice is also pretty poor - coffee good. Overall though a positive experience and would definitely recommend the Bettoja Nord..and if you can wait until the last minute to book there are great offers directly with the hotel.
