The location is impressive very close to termini station (national international trains, metro, bus). The walking distance to the station is 2-5 minutes. It gives you quick access to all the spots to visit in Rome.
The room was clean and well furnished. There were both italian and english channels on the TV. The hotel is quiet and well decorated. The staff is helpful but could be a bit more friendly. They are fluent in English. They printed maps for us, gave us good advices...
The breakfast is good and served until 10.30.
Overall, this hotel is very good for Rome and better than 4 stars I have been to during the same vacation. It is definitely a great hotel to go to while visiting Rome.

Choose an hotel in Rome it's not an easy task!
I went there with 2 friends, and we spent a couple of days reading reviews, comparing prices.. Then we discovered this hotel, and what we found was exactly what we expected, and even a litlle more, a nice breakfast, something that I thing it's not so easy to find in a normal hotel in Rome :)
It's true that the reception could be more kind and attentious, but we were so tired when we arrived at the hotel that we almost didn't noticed :)
The location was perfect for us, close to Termini, and a good start for a nice walking in Rome.

Overall it was a nice experience.

We had previously stayed at the nearby Hotel Diocleziano and would have returned had they not doubled their price in the past year (they have recently lowered it).

In spite of a couple of poor reviews by others, we booked the Bettoja Nord for three nights prior to our transatlantic cruise. We found it to be very clean, quiet, friendly, and elegantly furnished. The included breakfast was delicious. It was even closer to the metro than our previous hotel. Unusual for a small hotel, it had a large sitting area in the lobby which was convenient for us as we waited for our transportation at the end of our stay.

We stayed one night in Rome because our flight left so early the next morning after a week in the Tuscany region. We had two rooms, both of which were twins. They were both clean and comfortable with small balconys with doors that opened. We felt safe and secure and the front desk staff was helpful and friendly and arranged airport transportation (van w/ driver) for us the next morning. The continental breakfast buffet was included and was well-stocked and fresh. The service was good. We had absolutely no complaints. One of the rooms had a larger tub/shower combo which was more desirable than the other which just had a shower. We had reserved queens but in order to check in earlier than regular check-in time we agreed to take the twins. The linens on the beds were superb - very crisp and clean. The bathroom was well stocked. The room was a little warm and the hotel A/C was not available this time of year but with the doors open it was fine. I'd return to this hotel. It was close to the coliseum and other interesting sites.
