We enjoyed 3 nights with our teenage children & loved the hotel. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds & nice decor.The staff were all extremely friendly & helpful, especially Benny in the bar & breakfast room!. Breakfast was great, plenty to choose from & fresh. The location was fantastic, minutes walk to the Vatican, amazing!. There were plenty of nice restaurants close by & very reasonably priced. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, & were very impressed with everything the Hotel had to offer. It was a great end to our wonderful European holiday!!.

Nice hotel in a great location next to the Vatican Museum, good nieghborhood reflective of Rome. Less noisy and congested than the many hotels around the central area/termini. Neighborhood offers good shoppi9ng, restaurants, and a wonderful central market less than 2 blocks away. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Spring House hotel.

Most of all, the location was excellent. We were 5 minutes away from the Cipro metro, and 2 minutes away from the Vatican wall.

Equally importantly, the hotel provides complementary gluten-free breakfast, which takes a whole load of worries away from us. We can set off the day without having to worry about what to eat. Every morning, the hotel waitress brings out a decent selection of gluten-free cereal, cookies, and cakes. Unfortunately we can't eat most of the food in the normal breakfast section (e.g. eggs).

Another good thing about the hotel is the free wi-fi service. We have a laptop with us. Every night, we can take advantage of the free wi-fi to connect to the world.

On the downside, the room is very small. As light travelers, the room barely fits us (we are not big people) and our luggages. But again, it's not surprising since the hotel is located right in the center of the city and we really only use the room to sleep.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I came here with a group of 15 people and everyone was impressed. Not only is it a short walk to the Vatican and within walking distance of many other attractions the staff was great. Benny worked the bar and breakfast area like no other person I have ever seen! He always had a smile on his face and was willing to help, we loved him! The staff at the front desk was also very helpful. They answered any and every question we had and went above and beyond for us (calling taxes/making dinner reservations/giving us directions/telling us where to find mass on sunday).

The only warning I would give anyone is that the rooms can be on the smaller side which is typical for European hotels. The first room we had was very small and had a view of a wall. We requested to move to a balcony room and were very happy with the change, the balcony was of decent size and the shower was bigger...I couldn't have asked for more. The rooms were very clean and the housekeeping staff was on top of everything. It was also nice having access to the free wifi. The elevator did break while we were here but was fixed within the day. There is good gelato at The Old Bridge and at Millennium Gelato.

Overall I was impressed by this hotel. I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't need a 5 star hotel but wants somewhere clean with excellent service. The prices are very reasonable and I was very happy with my visit.
