Stayed at the Hotel Corot in July 2009 with my husband. The hotel is located about one block (5 minutes walk from one of the entrances) to Rome's Termini central station. Staff were friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in as soon as we arrived around mid-day. Their elevator is very small - fortunately we had no luggage. The room is exactly what we expected for what we paid - a clean room with double bed, AC, clean but very small bathroom with soap and gel for toiletries, a TV, desk, bedside lamps, spare pillows and duvet in closet, clean soft towels, etc. We didn't watch TV so cannot comment on that but used the awesome location within Rome to visit all the sights we wanted to within a weekend.
From Rome's Termini station both metro lines run and it's two stations to the Colosseum on one side and about 6 stops to the Otteviano station on the other side (for the Vatican museum and St Peter's), and about half hour by train to the Fiumicino airport.
There are several internet places/ cafes around the hotel and the hotel included a very reasonable breakfast in the price from about 7-10 am - coffee, boiled eggs, pastries, breads, cheese, ham, etc. The juice didn't really taste like juice and the fruit was canned but otherwise it was good and filling.
We are not sure if this hotel and the Hotel Rimini share rooms? as we walked up to our room past the Hotel Rimini's reception.
We didn't try it but the hotel advertises free wifi for their guests. The hotel held onto our bags the day we checked out until afternoon when we came to pick them up prior to leaving for the airport.
Overrall it was a fantastic hotel for the price and the location and I would stay there again. We got a deal of flights and hotel (<£200 each) through British Airways.
