we reserved room with balcony but received on the undergr foor without it

hooskeeping make minimum service..i never see such laizy service before

Ending a Smithsonian Tour at the Crowne Plaza, Rome-St Peters, my colleague and I extended our trip to enjoy Rome. The hotel personnel were accommodating in acquiring reservations for the Borghese Museum, and assisting us in our travel plans to Bologna. They welcomed us on our return. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary, the staff friendly and helpful...having the Times newspaper for us each morning was a real treat!!!

Great staff -- bus to center that leaves frequently. Super staff. Friendly and helpful. Restaurant good, but not spectacular. Free Internet. Good workout room. I'd stay here again.

We had rough time getting to the hotel from the train station,we had money stolen by our cab driver who was a licensed cabbie #2093.
Once at the hotel things went more smoothly.Overall I felt this hotel met our needs . Although, I did think it was a little strange that children were not allowed in the indoor pool. We have a disabled son who is 19 years old and he was warned that he had to be 'peaceful ' in the pool(no jumping in the pool;,ladder only) They have a lot of rules about wearing shower caps and flip-flops as well.Which I thought was kind of funny since one gentlemen was nude in the sauna!
We enjoyed our stay and the people who work there were friendly.
We found a nearby family run, restaurant Bribante' which we highly recommend! Excellent Italian fare including fresh fish and excellent friendly service by the owner and his capable staff. And it was a short easy walk form the hotel. We ate there three times and noticed that other families from the hotel were there as well. It was a special treat every time!
