I would recommend this hotel as a “pit stop” on a road trip rather than a place to stay when visiting Rome.
We spent a fortune on Taxis over the few days we were there, the price depending on the route / driver / time it was €20-€30 each way getting to the city centre and €75 from the Airport. One Driver turned up with €13 on the clock to collect us claiming it was so far out he had to start the meter for it to be worthwhile!
The hotel is fine, clean and basic, the day staff were friendly enough, and breakfast was not bad, (although you need to be up early to get any of the hot stuff).
We really struggled with the Air-con too, it stayed hot all the time no matter how cold we set it, so we ended up switching it off and opening the large window all night.
The Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, ( Taxi drivers moaned when you showed them the address) its surrounded by Electrical towers and buildings progress, It says that it is 5k from The colosseo… they must have moved it the week we were there!
