Stayed 2 nights, arrived late, thankfully by car as the shuttle finishes at 10:00pm, a desolate area, with many prostitutes working the nearby streets. Hotel itself was as one expects from Holiday Inn Express, modern, clean and very good breakfast by Rome standards, however we did have to change room as the previous occupant had decided to smoke himself stupid, judging by the number of cigarette ends and stench of this dedicated non smoking room. Housekeeping seem to be a law to themselves so when things were taken away like the kettle and tea/coffee, the very helpful duty manager provided a drink from the cafe/bar on the house which was pretty good of him. I understand this is an area that is seeing quite a bit of development, but opening a hotel with such poor local infrastructure and obvious social problems expecting to attract both business and tourist travellers seems a little arogant. The staff do their best but the problems with the neighbourhood mean this will not be a place I shall return to.

This hotel has the same category that other Holiday Inn.
Nice and helpful people, great breakfast, Internet access (pay), and great guestrooms and a big bathroom, a very useful sofa and very clean and nice.
The only thing criticizeable is the area where it is located. You are very far from downtown and metro station. The only way to go to the station is with a free hotel shuttle each half hour until 10PM or by bus, but you have to carry a buscard to use it.
You have in the front block a big supermarket (Auchan) and a few blocks little stores for the neighbourhood, of course, cheaper that at downtown.
It is a hotel to enjoy but you can't return in the middle of the day because you will spend a lot of time travelling, unless you will have a car, twhich is not recommended at Rome!!

The hotel looks like it in the middle of knowwhere but actually it's pretty good! Lovely for families with cars.
It has a giant supermarket next door and round the corner from the main road "Prestina" which takes you straight into Rome.
Service there is very good, most hotel staff are English speaking.
Hotel has big rooms but is basic & nice breakfast so you need to bring food back with you from Rome centre to eat in the evening.
They say it's really noisey & agressive if you stay in Central Rome so we were glad we stayed here. We hired a car which also helped & to take a map with you & make your own directions to the hotel then you have no probs at all!
Rome is really nice & the people are really friendlt & helpful would definately go back again!

Our first impression when arrived in the hotel was that we are doomed to never see Rome!!!! It gives you the impression that is far far away from the city center. The truth is that it is not more than 5 minutes as long as you have a car. For us who were using taxi this hotel proved to be the wrong choice because all our money went to taxis. Apart from the location issue it was a nice hotel, clean and not very expensive with helpful staff. Breakfast wasn't anything special either.
