I have spent there 3 nights with my wife in March 2009. It was out third time in Roma, and this was the best ever. The Inn location is just short of incredible, its entrance in the middle of the via Condotti and next door to the Antico Caffe Greco. Rome is a very expensive city, so we had booked a normal room but were upgraded to an Executive one, on the 4th floor with a small balcony on the via condotti. The room was outstanding, and pretty quiet except for the noise coming from the terracce just above the room (when tables & chairs were moved). This terrace is where the breakfast (excellent, very wide choice) can be taken and where a complimentary happy hour is available every day in the late afternoon. We ate outside on the terrace every morning, this was for us a major plus point for the hotel. Service was very friendly if a little bit too oriented towards the mostly american clientele (we both speak Italian but were always addressed first in English, even the wheather reports deposited in the room daily were coming from an American site, and they were mostly wrong all the time). Definitively recommended, at least at the price we paid for the room.
