This is a good hotel with a great location and possibly the best , friendliest staff ever. It is also a good deal for the area, right on the Via Condotti, a very fancy shopping street. We stayed at their annex , still on Via Condotti but a few blocks further from the Spanish Steps. The annex was very quiet, and has bigger rooms than the main hotel. We spent several late afternoons / early evenings having a drink in the main hotel's terrace lounge. They serve free hors d'oevres - seriously, that's a deal in Rome where everything is so ruinously expensive. Outside overlooking the skyline and reputedly the designer Valentino's apartment, or inside the cozy lounge, it was wonderful place to hang out. The staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. I used a staffer's laptop since I didn't have my own. Need anything? Just ask and they perform with smiles. Truly, the entire staff work really hard to ensure their guests are comfortable and happy. If we go back to Rome, we would definitely stay there.

I've been for three days in this small but very pretty hotel in Rome. So near to the romantic Spanish Steps and the most famous shops in Via Condotti. The staff was professional and also friendly. My husband and I have been so impressed of how they helped us to find everithing we needed: good restaurants and the tour into the city. Our room was comfortable, the stile modern and in the same time warm. TV with a lot of international channels, king bed and a small terrace in front of Via Condotti. Also the terrace were we had breakfast every day was characteristic and familiar. We had the chance to visit one of the most famous city and also to live three unforgettable days in a great atmosphere in a romantic location.

This was to be a special trip - and Rome did not disapoint. As a Italy fan who had lived a few yeas in the country I was looking forward to showing the parts I loved so long to my new partner.
The last time in Rome I had noticed the Inn at the Spanish Steps when visiting the area and I was determined to stay there for my next visit. I was happy that everything worked out so nicely - contacted the hotel - booked - arrived - all no issues. During the nice conversation when booking the room I must have mentioned that this was a special trip for me - the hotel surely reacted to it in many subtle ways: perfect room, phantastic location in the heart of Rome - the staff was superbly attentive and friendly throughout. We enjoyed 3 glorious days and look forward to returning next year.
