My husband and I stayed at the Inn for 2 nights before our cruise to Egypt and loved it! The staff was wonderful and our room was amazing! When we arrived from our overnight flight we were taken to the roof top lounge for a free brunch while our luggage was being delivered to our room. We hope to visit Rome again for a longer visit and I wouldn't think of staying anywhere but the Inn!

Wow, this charming small and simply luxurious hotel is superb!
On arrival for a one night stay as our last stop after 3 weeks in Italy and before heading home, we were warmly welcomed by Franco at reception and were informed that we'd been upgraded from a superior room to a suite, and none other than the Spanish Steps Suite. We were thrilled and so appreciative.
The hotel is perfectly situated right on the corner of Via Dei Condotti, the luxury brands shopping street, and the Spanish Steps and it is right next to the famous Cafe Greco. It is within walking distance to the Pantheon, Piazza Navona and the Colusseum and the shopping street Via Corso and a stones throw from other main sites.
Our suite, part of a 4 suite private area on the top floor, enjoyed its own lounge area and a private roof top terrace where breakfast was served. These 4 suites had their own butler/service staff and the breakfast was outstanding, a varied buffet with beautifully presented cold dishes, a selection of hot and cold drinks and a variety of gluten free options as Id written ahead with a request..
Our room was superb, spacious, well decorated and modernly furnished, with a fabulous comfortable bed and a beautiful large black and white marble bathroom including double basins and a bath and shower. The piece de resistance of the suite was the wide window opening onto the spectacular view that was the Spanish Steps, priceless!
The Inn offers a wonderful small buffet of canapes, cold cuts and snacks between 5 and 8pm at no charge as one has a cocktail or a drink on the roof terrace before heading out for the evening. Such a lovely touch. Tsfrs to the airport, station etc can easily be arranged.
We absolutely loved our brief stay in The Inn and appreciated Franco and Karinas warm hospitality. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend this little gem and we cant wait to return.

I tried to book a reservation in April using my Amex card but received no confirmation. I followed up requesting confirmation or cancellation if confirmation not received by a specified date. I subsequently changed my itinerary and travelled to Paris instead. The hotel has produced a string of fake emails to Amex to justify a no show charge which i have disputed, including fake copies of emails purporting to come from me acknowledging acceptance of the cancellation policy and asking for a "nice room". I have reported the matter further to Amex fraud for further investigation.

I loved the fact that this hotel is small and so charming. the minute you walk inside you are escaping the crowds that are ever present in this area. Fanchesca and Karina were very welcoming and always so very helpful with dinner reservations travel arrangements etc.the rooms have been updated small but lovely. Beautiful large bathroom, curtains that block the light plasma tv had everything I needed. Wi Fi not free which I hate! why is it the Holiday Inn has free wifi but pricey hotels dont!? this is my only complaint
This is not a large modern hotel if you want that go to the Westin.It is a charming romantic European inn. The terrace is beautiful and a great spot for free appetizers or breakfast which had a large selection for 15 euros all you can eat.I walked to the Vatican and the coleseum about a half hour walk. Via Al Corsa takes you close to all the major attractions.very busy in this area so if you are looking for quiet deserted steets dont stay here. I loved it and would recommend it to anyone.
