i was there for the last 2 days of my italy trip i travelled to rome from florence. there was no clear instruction on how to travel from rome city to the hotel( except for taxi) shuttle stop in the city does not have a sign at all and it is very far away from the train station and it is not any close to piaza venezia. it will be very hard to find the way to get to the shuttle stop if you havent traveled with the shuttle before. shuttle from hotel to city runs every hour and half and it has to be prepaid/booked. coz it could be full and you will have to wait for 1.5 hours for the next bus. shuttle bus from the city to hotel is free and its 1.5 hours wait for each bus.
interent is free in the lobby but there are only a couple of coputers avaliable. room internet access is about 12 euro a day.
required queen bed but 2 single bed was provided and the rooms are too full that you cant change it to a queen bed.
1 bottle of water is provided complementary for each guest but if you need hot water its 8 euro.
the highlight for my stay is the buffet breakfast. the breakfast is 5 star hotel standard and it has a wide range of food to choose from.
however you might have to go at the right time to avoid the queue and rush hours. and the door staff might reject your entry because your name or room number isnt on the list. while you actually paid for your breakfast when you book the hotel.
last of all.
when i did check out my name was totally wrong and address doenst make sense. it was a china address with australia in the end. so make sure you check your name and address are right.
