I got engaged when I was in Rome so I have happy memories. The hotel was just incredible, the location, the terrace...everything was impeccable. I was very happy and hopefully we will come back. The only negative thing, maybe some rooms are a bit small but you don't want to spend your holiday in a hotel room when you are in Rome.

Thanks

PL

We stayed in this hotel in December 2013. The room was excellent, very large and clean. Good breakfast. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Very convenient location to the Via del Corso is just a 5-minute walk away.

The location was stellar. We were walking distance from the Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain/area. There is a bus stop just across the street. Also the hotel is walking distance from the market where you can find some great jewelry finds from artisans. The hotel offers a great breakfast (it was included in our room price) in the outdoor courtyard and dining there in the morning was a special treat we looked forward to every day (great coffee). Rooms are average, elevator is old, there isn't much of a lobby (more like a porch with a desk) but when in Rome, are you really going to be hanging out in your hotel much? If you are looking for a five star, this isn't your place, but if price, location and basic amenities are enough, then I would recommend here for sure. And suggest you don't miss breakfast in the courtyard.

Room Tip: We asked for a room at the back on a higher floor (there is a busy street in front). We had a beaut...

I stayed here with my boyfriend for one night having been moved by our chosen hotel as they made a mistake with our booking. Despite this we were very happy with the location of this hotel - walking distance from both the inner city area and the Vatican. The room was very clean and cosy. Wifi worked perfectly...only downfall was that the bed was rock solid which wasn't so great to sleep on. Breakfast was basic but I looked forward to hunting out good places to eat out so wasn't too bothered. Would choose to stay at this hotel next time over our original hotel.

just returned from a lovely city break to rome. The hotel was well situated for the colleseum trivi fountain and loads of lovely designer shops. We had lovely and interesting trips to the vatican and the catacombs. Our tour guides were knowledgable and made everything so interesting.I want to mention voiletta our guide when we visited the catacombs she was lovely polite respectful and so enthusiastic that it was infectious.Voiletta was a delight to be with and shes one of the best guides we have ever had.Our hotel was very clean with lovely soft towels given daily clean sheets were put on the bed twice during our four day stay and polite and friendly staff. We booked limosine taxis to take us to the hotel and back to the airport they were perfect no complaints at all.The italians are lovely friendly people and the food is second to none you would not be disappointed.Rome was lovely so cultured and even romantic. We intend to go back next year as it was so good there is so much to do and see.We did see a few weddings and as the italian custom the bride walks around the streets to see the people. There is a lovely atmosphere in rome and i would recommend it.Finally a very big thank you to jet 2 for a lovely flight.

Room Tip: ask for a room at the back of the hotel if you are a light sleeper

The room was clean and the bathroom was modern. The star rating system is definitely different compared to the states. There was only a standup shower, but had plenty of hot water. The balcony had a view of the street and we stayed in room 501. Some of the desk clerks were a bit rude, but overall we were able to get all the information we needed.

Room Tip: The daily breakfast was very good with assortments of pastries and lunch meats. We loaded up on carb...

We stayed in this hotel for five nights and enjoyed our stay here. Why?

+ Fantastic location (& safe neighbourhood): close to all the main attractions in Rome. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the Spanish steps & Vatican City. 10-15 minute walk to the Pantheon & Trevi Fountain.
+ Helpfull staff: gave us some great tips during our visit.
+ Clean rooms: cleaned every day.
+ Good bed: not too hard or soft.
+ Busses stop in front of the hotel. There's a straight connection (87) stopping at the Colloseum which takes about 15 - 20 minutes.
+ Great value for money

There were a few minor flaws:
- Breakfast: it was OK, but don't expect too much of it.
- Noisy: located near a busy road & we could hear our neighbours watching TV & talking.
- Elevator: terribly slow and can only take three people up & down.

This hotel is well worth a visit. I'd definitly recommend it to family & friends!

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the opposite side of the road. Or on a higer level. The hotel should have 7 floors...
