“great location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 29, 2013

It was so easy to walk to all major sites and plenty of restaurants in the area. Our room was on the top floor and tucked in the roof slope - so watch your head if they put you up on 7th floor! The tub/shower were not easy to get in and out if you are not tall. The heated towel rack was a plus though..

Room Tip: aviod top floor

We had a great stay here in Rome for the weekend. The free upgrade was great. Our room had a large bedroom (although the bed was kind of hard), a separate dining area, and a kitchenette. Everything was very modern and girly in my room which was fine with me. We also ordered room service for breakfast each day and I thought the coffee was delicious. They kind of gave us too much food though. A lot of it went to waste. The only bad thing was their "fitness area". You're better off just jumping around in your room!

Everything about this hotel is positive. The lobby atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. The restaurant is open and inviting. The rooms are more than spacious by European standards. And the staff at every step of the way is spectacular. Special kudos go to Mirko, Alessandra, Gianni, Cecelia and the entire morning restaurant staff.

Just stayed here for six nights. The location is great and there are many historical sites within an easy walk. The hotel is a beautiful old property. Our room was on the top floor with a very small balcony which faced a building under renovation. The bedroom was a decent size, but felt small because of the sloping ceiling. Beds were comfortable and the room very clean. Closet space was adequate, but there was not a chest or any furniture with drawers. The bathroom is entirely surfaced in marble and granite and the bath products rival anything I have seen in a hotel. Our room was very quiet and restful. The restaurant breakfast buffet was superb and offered a large variety of fruits, pastries, meats, cheeses and beverages. We found all hotel staff to be very welcoming and helpful. A very enjoyable stay!

Stayed there April 9 -16. It is Authentic Signature hotel of Marriott chain. It is modern and nice. Great Location. A bit pricey. Elevators are small. Breakfast and Wifi was included as Marriott Gold Members. Really liked staying at this hotel will definitely entertain coming back. Had to stay at the Flora for my last night which is another Marriott literally 3 blocks away on Via Veneto. We just walked there. The Flora is pricier and more business oriented. Had a great rooftop terrace which had spectacular views of Rome. Both hotels are very nice.

They have a very lazy attitude, and they aren't very helpful with things they are not familiar with. Don't leave your car with them as you pay 40 € for the car to be parked outside, and they don't wash it on delivery....at that price ahouls be inside and not crashed. ...bad experience for myself.... I wish you luck!
