We stayed four nights and had a wonderful time. THe staff was helpful and nice. We had them send a car for us at the airport and even tho' we arrived before check in time, they had our rooms ready for us. The rooms were small, but lovely! The beds were more comforable than ours at home! THere is an electric teapot for water and coffee and a small fridge with those little bottles, but room for our stuff too. The room had quiet AC and was soundproofed so our parent's room on the street side was noiseless.
The rooftop breakfast was ample with a variety to choose from and the wait staff was very friendly and seemed happy to see us each additonal morning we were there. We had dinner there one night and the food was adequate.
THe neighborhood is not trendy, but I felt as safe as can be expected. There is a supermarket right across the street on the corner near the church, that is 2 story and has lots of great cheeses and whatever. The neighborhood restaurants were just OK, we did not do enough investigating about where to eat.
Free newspapers in a variety of languages, lnternet connection is pricey, but available. The desk will book tours for you-- we did the Greenline night tour and it was nice. Taxi stand is to the left of the church, metro and train station are an easy walk.
We highly recommend this hotel to you.
