We very much enjoyed our recent holiday in Rome particularly our stay at this hotel. We did have a problem with our first night as our room was very hot and we are unable to keep the window open due to being on the ground floor by the road. However the next morning on reporting the problem to the reception, we were moved to a much larger room overlooking the gardens. The hotel was very clean and staff freiendly. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The shuittle bus to the Spanish Steps was very welcome as the hotel is a littleway from the sights, shame it didn't run later (last one 7.20pm) but we managed to use the Tram no19 very good value runs till midnight.

hotel staff are brilliant-couldn't fault them in particular Eva, most helpful. Our room was clean and the turn down service with chocolates lovely.
Our breakfast were the main bone of contention, for a michelin star restaurant on the premises what happened in the morning? Had they employed a cleaner to whip up cold eggs, even colder cups of cappucino, and as for the rest of the "hot food"..... how they can get everything else so right beggars belief. The breakfast was like this everyday the only redeeming feature was the free paper, but how can youenjoy that when sipping tepid salty tea? Location ideal to get away from the hustleand bustle, and the free shuttle to town is very handy.

I stayed for 2 nights at Aldrovandi Palace in November and loved the refurbishment. The Lobby is gorgeous and the rooms are fantastic, they even have TVs in the bathrooms.
Regarding the location, it is a very quiet place and just a few minutes with the transfer from the Spanish Steps. By the way, transfer is gently provided by the hotel every half hour which helps a lot.
The restaurant is amazing, I had a wonderful dinner with a view of the beautiful garden the Hotel has.
Breakfast was delicious, all the Hotel Staff definitely made our stay more enjoyable,everyone is very charismatic.
I strongly recomend this Hotel and I will definitely stay there again during my next trip to Rome!

It was a great pleasure to discover this warmly welcoming Hotel not so far from historical area, but in the very quite and verdured place. It is only 15-20 min. of walking distance from the Spanish Stairs across Villa Borghese with her museums and splendid garden. If it's too far for you, you can take hotel shuttle.
The Hotel itself has rather unpretentious front facing Villa Borghese, and spacious, luminous rooms. I stayed in just renovated Superior room in blue color, with a huge mirror over the all bed-head. The windows looked at the garden with a large swimming pool. In the autumn it hasen't water, but the view is spectacular indeed.
In the evening I had also colossal satisfying in the gourmet-restaurant Baby, with one star Michelin and famous chief who cooks really fantastic dishes!
This Hotel was recommended to me by one of the Moscow agencies and I'm very grateful for this choice: I had a good possibility to rest and relax after my intensive working day.
