The Hotel is strategicaly located near Rome's main train station and the subway stop, which is a great plus considering the distances. Also, it is at a walking distnace from the main attractions. Our stay was a very lovely especially that when we arrived they made us a surprise, offering us an upgrade to a Superior Room. Friendly staff, very helpful in assisting us with our sightseeing, and not to forget, an esquisite breakfast!!

Just got back from a stay Feb 16-18th and had a wonderful experience. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, hotel was very well kept and (one standard and one "superior") rooms were immaculate. Crib was set up in large room; staff even offered to wash baby bottles for us (a huge help!). Needed toiletries were available and offered free of charge by the front desk. Bar staff was friendly and efficient, bellhops were courteous, breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Location is VERY convenient, both to Termini station and a Metro stop literally on the same block. We had been concerned about some reports on the neighborhood - ridiculous. Neighborhood is fine, hotel is excellent.

Three nite stay. Staff VERY friendly and helpful. Recommended a great restaurant right up the street - we ate there twice!!! (Ciceo). Room was fine, shower was small, bed was nice. Free internet use was handy, and they gave complimentary drinks. Very near the railway terminal, and the Metro station was just behind us. In the room they had one appliance plug that didn't need a converter - nice touch. They had CNN and Fox news in English on TV. I read comments about the neighborhood being a little worrisome - we never felt worried or threatened. I would definitely stay here again.

We tried to change the date for the booking and they want to charged us for 3000 NOK (250 EUR). The cost for 1 night for each person (we was 4 person) The date for the booking was 3 months before the date for our travel. We should not cancel the trip only change the date.
