Terrible hotel. I think I would better have chosen 2* nearby. I was really disappointed, it was the worst hotel in our trip.
Single room was tiny, very tiny. Very noisy because of the traffic outside. Terrible shower, either cold or hot, by your choice. But worst of all was the smell in the bathroom... disgusting.
Double room was much better and really spacious but had the same problem with smell and noise.

Absolutely terrible breakfast. Undrinkable coffee, dirty tableware, almost nothing to eat.

The rooms were clean enough... I must admit.

We stayed for one night prior to leaving Rome for a cruise. The hotel was located a few minutes walk from Termini Station and about a 15 min walk fromthe ruins and the Collesium. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a great variety and was very good. the room was spacious and clean. We were amazed over the large size of the bathroom We enjoyed our stay and would stay again when returning to Rome.

  • Disliked — the internet connection was not very good altough it was very cheap

My husband and 2 teenage daughters stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. It was close to the train station but far from the main center of Rome. We had to take a cab to get to most places.
Our first room smelled like smoke, but they were very accomodating amd moved us to a different room. Large room for the 4 of us. Very clean. Beds were super hard. Small bathroom but the worst part was there was no shower curtain so when you showered the water sprayed all over the bathroom!
Nice front desk persons. Breakfast was included in our room and it was a nice hot buffet on the top floor with a variety of breakfast choices.
I would probably not stay there again as we did not like the location. But it was a nice comfortable hotel, just not in the best location.

  • Liked — breakfast

Other than the location and being 2 short blocks away from Roma Termini and the polite hotel staff, I don't have anything positive to say about our stay at this hotel. We booked a 2 night stay and upon check-in on our first night, a "problem" presented itself which required us to be put up in another hotel 4 blocks from this hotel. We got our room the next day and although we appreciate getting a quiet room in the back, the room was dark, beds were not comfortable, and we felt the hotel website did just a fine job of marketing and that's it.

We also bought a code for the hotel's wi-fi service, which was expensive (15 euros for 5 hours), slow, and just felt ripped off. Buyer beware!

We didn't try their breakfast as we had a train to catch the next morning at 6:22am. Breakfast is served starting at 7am.

This is our 4th hotel in Rome. If you want a nicer hotel in the Termini area, consider staying at the Best Western Hotel Universo. That is more like a 4* hotel although 4* in Italian standards is more like a 2.5* in the USA.

Won't be coming back to this hotel.
