wonderful hotel in the heart of the shopping district in Rome, amazing location central yet very quiet, the hotel itself is wonderful, we stayed at the Art suite and it was very spacious and nicely designed.
I can't say enough about how nice the staff were, they were very very friendly and helpful.
I just think the hotel needs 2 things more lighting, and a coffee and tea facility at the room, other than that the hotel is really " A First Luxury Hotel".

We stayed here after spending several days in an old villa in Florence....it was wonderful to be greeted by the welcoming staff; and have a beautiful room, great bed, soft linens.....I was not feeling well when we got there, my husband called the front desk; and they had a doctor in my room in less than an hour. Of course we paid for his visit, but he had me feeling better very quickly. But the staff went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. The champagne and candy in the room with welcome spelled out in chocolate drizzle was a nice touch. The room service food wasn't great...but I think that would be my only complaint. Beautiful hotel, convenient to the sights...I'd love to go back.

Myself and my boyfriend travelled here for his 30th birthday and we both agreed it was one of the best trips we have ever taken and quite possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed in.

The staff could not have been more helpful, friendly and welcoming - checking in at reception on arrival was a joy, with a glass of Prosecco and the friendly staff settling us in. The room was really luxurious but cosy - and we slept incredibly well. The bathroom was fantastic with a walk in monsoon shower, slippers and fluffy robes. It was a struggle to make ourselves leave the room!

The hotel is also in a great position, couple of minutes walk from Via del Corso, which links to Via Condotti, Piazza di Spagna and the Spanish Steps.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will definitely be staying here again. We didn't want to come home! We couldn't of asked for anything else or anymore hospitality.

What made this hotel better than good was the superb level of service; the staff were magnificent. I'd like to give it 5/5 but for 2 minor faults; the building refurbishment left us with a room that was too hot in winder unless the windows were left open, and we found the room service menu too limited. So 4.5 is more realistic.
