I stayed there with my girlfriend during four days in February 2007. This is not my first visit to Rome and I was worrying when looking for a hotel there. My previous experience showed that hotels in Rome are not of very high standards.

However, all my worries were for nothing. The description of the hotel on their official web page corresponds entirely or even more what you find there. The room was small but perfectly furnished, very clean and with a lot of light. The bath room was in ideal condition equipped with a massage-shower cabin.

The location is perfect for those who want to visit Rome either for tourist or business purposes. The metro station is 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Compliments to the hotel’s staff, which was very polite, kind, spoke perfect English and always ready to give a service. For them the expression “Client is a king” is not a void sentence. It is so in this hotel. I will need to produce a long list of all good things they did for us. Therefore, I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Rome.

Stayed for a week early October with my wife. Positives were as follows:
Friendly , efficient and helpful staff.
Excellent breakfast which could be taken in pretty garden.
Clean good-sized room

Negatives were :

Location- 30 minutes by bus to centre.
Badly lit room which was subject to road traffic noise in mornings
Mosquitos

Overall satisfactory experience.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this pleasant hotel for three nights in September of this year.
I must agree with all the other reviewers as the hotel staff are extremely friendly, courteous, and efficient. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and very well kept.
Although I was aware that this was a small hotel, I was still slightly disappointed as to the size of our room, which was really not quite big enough for two relatively small suitcases. Also, our room opened almost right into the reception on the ground floor, which made us feel that our comings and goings were very obvious. We also felt that we couldn't really talk in our room as people would be able to hear us in reception. I'm sure the other rooms in the hotel were more pleasant.
Villa Del Parco's nightly rate was really very reasonable, but I think this is because it is so far out of the city. It is a half an hour bus journey to the centre, though the bus stop is very close to the hotel and the buses come very frequently.
The biggest credit to this hotel is definitely the staff. We were caught in the rain on our last day after we had checked out, and the gentleman on reception was very kind and allowed us a place to change into dry clothes.
I would recommend this hotel, but only if you don't mind the bus journies involved.

We have just returned from a wonderful five days in Rome, staying at this lovely Hotel set in a beautiful part of the city. It was very warm in the city while we were there so it was a joy to return to this tranquil well kept Hotel. The staff from day one were very helpful, and full of good advice about getting around Rome. It was so nice to have our breakfast each morning set in the hotell gardens, which were well kept. The rooms are very well maintained and the Hotel which is an old villa a joy both inside and out. Although a little outside the centre of Rome it was so easy to get to, and after the noise and heat of the centre a real pleasure to return to each day. We had a really great stay and my husband and myself hope to return soon a really good find on the internet.

For a 3 star hotel, we thought this was perfect for a short stay. Short bus ride from the train station (which I thought was much nicer than having to get the metro). It's just off the main road, so not too noisy. The staff are extremly helpful and friendly. Food and drink was good, the room was clean, really cosy and comfortable. If I had to visit Rome again, I'd stay here, perfect!
