The good - easy to find, clean room, fairly centrally located to everything. Private bathroom and AC worked very well. From Termini take bus 70. About 15 mins ride.
The bad - Hotel is awkward. Reception was difficult to find, once checked in we were then walked 1 -2 blocks from the reception to a different location where our actual room was. In all my years of traveling all over the world I have never experienced this. The key to the room was actually 3 keys and attached to a HEAVY bell like object. Weighed at least 3 lbs, very big to add to your purse or for your other half to carry in pocket.
*also we had to rescue a nice French couple in the middle of the night that was trying to get into our Hotel building; they hadn't checked in yet but couldn't find the reception. How they ended up at the room quarters instead of the reception building is beyond me but nonetheless; I speak a little french and they spoke a little English; so once I figured out that needed to check in my BF and I walked them the 2 blocks to reception. How awful to fly in in the middle of the night and then be stuck outside trying to check in to your room ;/ Good thing we showed up when we did!
