The staff was friendly and very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and for help in navigating the city. The breakfast was excellent -- good variety with coffee made to order. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. The location is good for ease of walking and for close access to public transportation.

My family and I arrived at Cortina Hotel on August 10 2009. It was our second time coming back to Cortina. This time around, we got to spend the night in Apartment A and it was just wonderful. It was very clean and spacious especially when you have a 10 year old and a 16 year old. The Manager Angelo was very welcoming and helpful. He showed us the way of getting around Rome by public transit and was always able to fulfill our needs. The hotel location is very convient because its location is very central. It is 10 minutes away from the Termini train station. Breakfast was always fresh with a wide selection. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody who is looking for a great accommodating hotel in Rome. My family and I will definitely be going back next time we are in Rome.

This is our first trip to Italy.and enjoy to stay in Cortina Hotel. Breakfast selection was good. Angelo the manager always friendly and helpful. The metro station was just few minutes walk from the hotel and lots of shops around. Our room was quiet and clean.

We arrived very early, but were able to leave our luggage and go walking, the room was ready at 11am. Tyical of European rooms, clean and small, but did have bar fridge which was useful for drinks when the temperature was over 40c every day. Bathroom had tub, but very poor water pressure. Breakfast was sufficient and coffee good. Staff were excellent on advising transport, attractions etc etc. Location is superb for train travellers or catching bus. We will return.
