Hmm okay this hotel is a difficult one...

The hotel is located in central Rome (on a little back street), the location is great within a 5 minute work you are at the local bus station, or metro station....There are lots of nice little resturants within the area so great all round for location...My wife (to be) and I walked to the Colosseum from the hotel within 15 mins (1 straight road really)...

Service - check in was nice easy and friendly...the receptionist spoke english and went the extra mile - advising us on the local area how to get to the colosseum etc.., we were early so wewaited in the bar (got free ice cream while we waited) for our room to be ready.

The room itself is not very big and is very basic....a bed, a tv (no english channels except sky news), a mini bar...there was no iron or tea making facilities...The bathroom was small, no bath just a shower, but has running hot water so good enough as this hotel was really just got sleeping :-)

Overal a nice hotel, great location and basic facilities but great customer service, reception always willing to help and assit...I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Rome, as the chances are you will be out most of the day and just want a nice place to crash out in when you get back...

There is no swimming pool (that I saw) or room service (well no menu in the room) and the mini bar was more expensive then having a root canel (£2.50 for a kit kat)...

stayed at the hotel and it was lovely! very centralized! but take a map with you from home as soon as you get off the bus at termini you 'll need a map to find it! its literally 5mins from the main termini station. from the hotel you can walk everywhere. furthest attraction is the Vatican but again only took 30-40 mins walk. hotel staff were very friendly and hotel was clean and had everything you needed for a stay in room. i would recommend the hotel but Rome just wasn't for us! a lot of graffiti and homeless people!

My mother and I stayed in Room 220 with no view, but in the back so very quiet. Plenty of space with two twin beds and large bathroom with tub. Front desk staff very helpful, especially Laura. Most staff spoke very good English. Easy to understand. Walking distance to Termini. Breakfast every morning of breads, meats, cheese and scrambled eggs and ham.

Very enjoyable stay, safe environment even after dark.

The hotel is in a central location and it's not far to either underground or bus stations (it's also close to the train station Termini). The room was very nice and clean. What I liked best was the very friendly and helpful staff, they helped with my suitcase, and gave me good tips how to get where. They had A3 size city maps with pictures of buildings etc. at the reception desk where they marked what I needed to know, so this was very helpful when you are in Rome for the first time.
