My wife and I just spent a week at the Quirinale. It's location is very central especially for bus stops, restaurants, and the opera.

Our room was spacious and clean. We liked the soft comfy beds and all white comforters. Staff spoke English and were always accommodating.

The garden restaurant offered good value, professional service and tasty food. Breakfasts were included. They need to buy a real bread toaster and throw away the ancient restaurant type that too many hotels use and which deliver toasted and cold toast, someone needs to learn how to make crisp bacon and hard boiled eggs would be preferable to their scrambled eggs. Real orange juice would also have been appreciated.

There was only a single door separating our room and one next to ours. The sound carried all too well.

Recently renovated hotel with an interesting old touch. We found the room spacious, also the bathroom, but the privacy was poor due to the access door. Breakfast (available in the garden too)was fine, the coffee excellent. Location good for sightseeing.

I stayed just one night at the Quirinale but could have stayed longer. It is a great hotel with a great location - 5 mins walk from Roma Termini and close enough to all the major tourist attractions (most of which are a 20 min walk away av. but the red bus tour leaves from the Termini and will take you everywhere). But the real clincher for me was the price (€155 for a twin) - such great value and it included a fantastic hot & cold buffet breakfast! The rooms are a good size and are very clean and the bathroom is a good size too. Staff are excellent too - from the reception staff who greeted us, to the accommodation staff we met on the corridors, all are very friendly and are ready with a smile and a bon giorno. This was my first trip to Rome, I will definitely go back and will stay again at the Quirinale. I would heartily recommend it.

We had our wedding reception in the Hotel Quirinale in 2007. I cannot fault the organisers of oour wedding reception. All of theorganising was done through emails and we decided on the wine the day before the wedding!
The hotel is grand old hotel, it has alot of charm and character. If you are looking for a new modern hotel, this is not the place for you. If you like old, charming hotels with character I would definately reccommend the Quirinale.
We ahd our wedding recption out in the garden and everything was prefect, the food, the setting, the service, definately top class.
The hotel is in walking distance of most of the major attractions and the tour buses depart near by. The area is very safe, as we went out walking a few nights in the early hours of the morning and never had any trouble.
