We (mid-age US couple) stayed six nights in early March as part of an air-hotel package. The hotel was built in 1862 - generous-size room, high ceilings but a bit of 'faded glory'. The bathroom had been updated. We had a standard 'superior' with breakfast included. The breakfast buffet was often busy but was decent selection and fresh -the self-serve espresso/cappucino machine got alot of use from us. We often ate lunch, early lite-dinner at Flan Obrien Irish pub two blocks away, which had a convenient internet cafe alongside. Our room looked into interior courtyard and was fairly quiet - I wondered if street-facing rooms had alot of traffic noise. Was good location a few hundred yards to Termini rail and many historic sights within reasonable walk. In all, reasonable property at reasonable price. Our travel agent said she puts many of her clients at this property for the location and value.
