la ringrazio per aver soggiornato al nostro hotel Genova e mi fà molto piacere sapere che si sia trovato bene.Mi dispiace per il servizio tv poco efficiente e le chiedo scusa. La volevo però informare che proprio in questi giorni stiamo sostituendo tutte le vecchie tv con gli lcd a schermo piatto , decoder integrato ,così da permettere ai nostri clienti di poter usufruire di tutti i canali.Spero quindi di riverla presto all'hotel Genova per poterle augurare una buona visione ....
