This hotel, although well located, is by far the worst hotel I have stayed in. The staff were extremely unhelpful and very rude. They refused to call police when our room was broken into, said it was our problem. We were told they were too busy to fetch our valuables from their safe. The rooms were dirty and very small, so small they were hard to move around. The shower was broken and had no temperature except for scalding. Breakfast was very limited and in a dungeon room. There are plenty of other hotels around Rome.....look elsewhere.

We have stayed in this hotel on two seperate occasions ...February 2009 and previously March 2007. We paid what we expected to pay for a 3 star hotel in a European city. The fact that we returned would imply that we were satisfied with our initial experience.
The rooms are small but comfortable. If you want deluxe, don't stay in a 3 star hotel ! The bathroom is also small, old fashioned but practical.
The reception staff vary from very friendly - at night - to downright rude - in the mornings.
Forget about breakfast - not worth the effort.
Will I stay here again .....yes, in two years time, if still as reasonable.

Stayed in this hotel after our Ryanair flight to Liverpool was cancelled.The hotel was recommended to us by the hotel booking desk in Ciampino Airport.
This hotel is horrible! The whole place has an air of decay about it.The room was smelly and the bathroom was dirty,mould in the shower and the shower head covered in limescale.The public areas are badly in need of decoration and the carpets in the hallways are dirty. We only spent a few hours in the room as our flight was very early,however this was too long and we couldnt wait to leave .

The en-suite ceiling was covered in mould. Not a pleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel.
