The en-suite ceiling was covered in mould. Not a pleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

I was part of a tour group that stayed at this hotel and I was very disappointed. The hotel had a musty smell to it on some floors and the bathrooms were not clean and some had mould. Also people staying with us had stuff stolen from the hotel rooms while they were out for the day. Overall I would not want to stay there again.

Opera Went to Rome with a budget airline on a budget price and stayed at the Giglio Dell Opera.Our hotel room was clean and tidy but the ceiling leaked water in the bathroom.The breakfast was ok with a small choice of food and drink. The staff that we dealt with were friendly and helpful.The hotel is a bit tired but if you are on a budget and pay budget prices it is ok, if you are expecting a Florida style hotel with Florida style breakfast you are going to be disappointed.

It's just a so so hotel within Termini Station area. Being a 3.5star rated hotel (at least that's what I have heard from booking agency), the hotel does not meet my expectation. Worst thing was the room door does not filter any noise from the stairways and corridors. However, though our room was facing the street, we were not bothered too much by noises from the street. Breakfast is fine but the coffee was produced by a machine and didn't taste so good.

Another thing to be mentioned is that the movie on demand service did not work for our room. When asked they only sent somebody not speaking a word of English to us, and that guy could not do anything rather than leaving some terrible body smell in our room. You should use some deostick at least!

In a word, not a good hotel for value of money, better options can easily be found.
