room was clean, bathroom was large -had a bathtub with a shower head as well!!! great location, walking distance to so much... fabulous shopping outside the door, as well as great restaurants on the side streets surrounding the hotel. would stay there again for sure.

Hotel Giolli is in a perfect location within walking distance of all the major locations, in particular the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon and with excellent bus services outside the door if needed. A tourist information booth is also over the road.

My son and I had a twin room on the third floor. The room was small, but comfortable. No views, but air con (needed!!), a free safe, a good sized bathroom and the room, like the rest of the hotel, was clean, with fresh towels every day.
Breakfast was sufficient - unlimited bread rolls, pastries, cereals, egg and choice of juices, tea or coffee.

A massive choice of bars, restaurants etc close by, particularly those along the side and back streets - great service and value for money.

When you spend your days touring this amazing city all you need is a clean, comfortable and reliable place to return to. Hotel Giolli has this.

this hotel was overrated, there are other hotels much more central in Rome. the staff was not very helpful, and the rooms smelled like cigarettes and were not very clean.

the room was ok. but no view. and none of the rooms at that floor had a view. they were facing an backyard. had some problems with the shower. the water was warm and the next second was cold and then warm again. the biggest disaster was the breakfast! wasn't happy at all with the continental breakfast they served!
