The Hotel is situated in a good location, it is right next to the bus station which takes you right in the city center within a few minutes.
The Hotel doesn't even look like a hotel from the outside, looks more like a normal building turned into a hotel.
The hall is very small despite how it looks like on the pictures and there was only one elevator which was also very very small, only 2 people could walk in! That's why sometimes you need to wait for a long time to get into your room, or you can walk the stairs like we did (i need to walk 4 floors in a 4 star hotel??).
The staff was great, nothing special but not rude.
We got a superior room with balcony on the last floor and the view was beautiful. The room was big but really dirty (there was dust everywhere, even on top of the toilette paper!!) and smelled weird.
There should have been free internet access so we asked the staff for the password in order to surf with our laptop, they gave the password to us but it wouldn't work! Now my boyfriend works as a computer technician so he couldn't have done something wrong. So we asked the stuff for some help and got told that they couldn't do anything about it!
I don't think it's fair as we went to that hotel also because of the free internet!
The breakfast was very poor for a 4 star hotel but was available till late and that's a plus for young tourists that go out till late at night.
In conclusion i think this should be rated as a 2-3 star hotel, certainly not 4! It's an expensive hotel and it's not worth the money

Started with walking 2 miles from the Pizzaz that was 'close by', up a major hill pulling luggage. Then told that the description on the internet was incorrect - 1 king 1 single 3 singles does not mean sleeping for 6, it means 1 king 1 single OR 3 single beds - mistake on their part that cost me another room. The other room for my children was located one floor down. Then there was the phone that kept ringing until I unplugged it at midnight - I was asked if someone was trying to call me?? Did not want to switch to a smelly room, so was left with no phone to contact the children. NEVER stay here - EVER!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. We caught a cab from the train station to the hotel for around 25 Euros. The hotel is small, but so cute and nicely decorated. We really felt like we were in Italy. There were nice paintings everywhere and our room was cosy. We had a corner room so we had a big balcony and a massive bathroom. The service was good, the person at the front desk was friendly showed us how to catch the bus and get around town, which we really appreciated. They also helped us call a cab for when we were leaving. The breakfast was nice too. It was small dining room with a nice range of hot and cold foods. Overall it was a pleasant experience and the hotel really made our first trip to Rome extra special! I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay there again. the only down side was that it was a little far from the train station, but once you get there, its not far to even walk down town or to catch a bus (around 1 euro for a bus ride to down town, but be sure to purchase your tickets from a store in advance as the bus driver does not sell tickets).

The hotel is not that bad if you do not have a better budget or find availability in Rome.

The quality is poor and the rooms do look nice at first impression until you look further.

The water did not work on the first day and this must have been a reoccurring situation.

The lift is small and not practical.

The breakfast is poor and for Italy the coffee was bad!

Hardly any taxis knew the place but for getting around my meetings it was not that bad.

If you are in Rome on holiday and like a little extra conform look elsewhere
