“Excellent hotel”

Very nice hotel! The rooms are nice, super clean and big bathrooms. Had dinner there 4 nights and the food was extremely good. The breakfast is also amazing, rich and varied, with a waffle maker as well and fresh made omelette.
The icing of the cake is the staff, though! Waiters, porters and members at the front desk (especially Enzo :-) ) are really kind, helpful and always with a big smile on their faces!!! Loved the hotel!! Thank you for a nice stay!!

Stayed for three nights in this nice hotel. The property is well maintained, rooms modern with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. A good breakfast was included (we are HHonors Gold members) and so was the wi-fi. Staff was very polite and helpful giving us directions on how to get to the major attractions using the public transportation system. The downside is the location: far from the city's center and from the airport means higher transportation costs and not everyone may want to deal with the local transportation service which adds to the cost if you use too many taxis. Overall: nice property but a little off the way.

We are pleased to read that you enjoyed your stay at our hotel.
Referring to your comment about our location, please let us underline that in front of our hotel are available several buses and tram stops that make very easy to our customers to reach all Rome points of interest. Bus and trams tickets are not expensive: € 1, 50 per ticket that gives you the opportunity to hop on and off every bus and tram you like within 100 minutes from the first ride.
Our hotel is located at walking distance from the Borghese Gardens and Via Veneto.
Rome Fiumicino Airport is located at 35 km, 1 hour drive, out of Rome, hence no matter which hotel in the centre of city one would book, still would be a little far from it.
Thanking you for having given us the opportunity to clear some imprecisions that we pray you to accept, we are looking forward to serve you again soon.

Not that central but tram stop right on doorstep which links everywhere across the city. Breakfast average but staff amazing. We're just being badged a Hilton garden inn as we stayed and but of work going on but brilliant room in nice hotel.

really liked this small Hilton property. Employees were very nice and quite helpful. The room was small but perfectly adequate and modern. Although not immediately downtown by the tourist area, this area is quiet and gives the feeling of safeness. Located near public transportation (tram, bus line), an ATM right across the street and Taverna Rossini (wonderful lasagne and lemon tagliolini!) around the corner...all very convenient. the breakfast is quite nice and the bar's prices were very reasonable. (Limoncello was €3.50...a bargain in Rome). didn't have dinner there so can't talk about the restaurant at the Hilton.....but would definitely stay here again!

Room Tip: ask for the upper rooms in the back...lot of street noise during day from the front of the hotel, al...

The room was clean. They have a great bathroom. The rooms are not large, smaller than in the US even. They have one great bartender (male) and one less than adequate bartender (female). Don't order a martini. They think you want Martini & Rossi vermouth! Just ask for vodka and some olives. We reserved late and didn't get breakfast with our room so we didn't eat breakfast there. Their cappuccino machine makes good coffee. We didn't find a very good restaurant in the area. They were just okay. It is far from the city center, but buses are available. I wouldn't stay here if I were in Rome solely to see the sites. We were in room 303 that faced the street. Note there is quite a bit of road noise for the busy street. I slept fine, but others might find it annoying. I did have an electrical adapter issue with them. I wanted to borrow one; they wanted me to pay $10 to buy one. I bought one at an electrical store about a block away for $2. I told the manager I would mention this to TripAdvisor readers if he insisted I pay $10 for an adapter, but it didn't change his mind. The internet works fine but is glitchy and said I had exceeded my allotted megabytes and would need to purchase more. I didn't use the internet for one day because of this message and only learned later when I inquired at the front desk about it that they would have to give me a password for the "free" internet. (Initially they said just to use your name and room number and didn't mention the potential problem of which they were fully aware.) I can only guess that want customers to believe they need to pay for internet usage so they will make more money off your stay. I don't think Hilton would like their approach to using their "free" internet. The patio facing the street was not usable due to the noise. The night desk clerk on the day we left before daylight was the tops. I set the alarm for the wrong hour. He got our taxi to come get us 30 minutes sooner than he was to pick us up and apparently told him we were running late because he got us to the airport in a zippy manner. We just hope he gets the job he truly wants in the entertainment industry!

Room Tip: Ask for a room that doesn't face the street.

We are pleased to acknowledge you enjoyed your stay at our hotel even though some of our services were not of your liking.
However please allow us to underline some points that need to be cleared out in respect to all our customers and to TripAdvisor community .
For what concerns the electrical adaptor, Hilton Garden Inn Standards do not provide that item for lending at the reception desk.
At our Pantry Pavillion our guests can buy several accessories among which there are international electrical adaptors which have a cost of € 10,00 each.
It is certainly possible to find the same article at a lower price in an hardware shop but quality it is not guaranteed at such low price as many times they are made in China and do not have the U.E. properties that are mandatory in Italy as in all Europe.
Wi-fi internet connection is completely free at our hotel, the procedure,that we explain to our customers upon arrival, is to use name and room number to have access to the service.
It’s clear that if some client performs a heavy download, such as for a High Definition film, a message of megabyte over limit displays.
Our staff is always available to help solving such difficulties and, if you reported the problem to the reception desk, they would have given you another log in code without absolutely any trouble at all.
We really do hope these explanations will be exhaustive and we are looking forward to another chance to serve you so to show you our best efforts and dedication to our clientele.

Small, compact hotel in a relatively convenient location of Rome. The breakfast service is busy but tasty and seems very popular with other Americans. The dinner menu has only a few, laughable choices. The rooms are small and comfortable, however clothing left by a previous guest was still in the bathroom upon arrival, and makes you wonder about housekeeping and their care. Staff could be friendlier but were helpful, when asked. I particularly appreciated the guest laundry (which carries a 10 euro charge!). If you won't be in your room much, this is a decent choice. If you would like a bit more pampering, then find another property with a higher tariff.

Had a great stay and loved the Hotel . Very nice area and tram stop across the street to all the attractions. Good local bars and restaurants .
Breakfast very good and the waiters very good and remembered your favourites !
Room very clean and very comfortable bed.
Transfers very well organised and would highly recommend this Hotel if you are planning a stay in Rome .

Room Tip: We had a side room with balcony with a view over street. Very quiet but could hear the nearby church...
