Beautiful hotel - couldn't recommend it highly enough. The room was small but nice and well furnished, staff were particularly friendly. The best bit was the roof garden, which was a lovely place to eat breakfast, seven floors up with a view out over Rome.

If we had any criticism it was that the hotel was located about 20 minutes walk from the main eating/drinking area (Trevi fountain/Spanish steps). The walk is pleasant but through relatively quiet streets, so if you are a single girl or perhaps 2 girls and you are going to be out late, you might prefer somewhere a bit more central. That said - as a couple we didn't mind and never felt threatened.

Beautiful hotel with clean and classy rooms! Hotel staff was gracious and helpful. Delicious continental breakfast. Not far from the Train Station. Excellent restaurants on the same street too. Highly recommend and would stay there again!

The location was very good. You are walking distance to the bus & train and there are many very good restaurants within walking distance as well.
Our group of 7 found the rooms to be very clean but small. Some of us had great views, others had views of an alley. There was very little street noise.The front desk people overall were terrific in suggesting restaurants, giving directions and booking opera tickets for us. They keep maps of Rome on the counter and they circle all the points of interests you inquire about and tell you how to get there. You just take your map and go!
We arrived by train from Naples into the Rome Termini train station. We were warned to only use the official city taxi cabs that have the medallions on the roof so as not to get ripped off. They are lined up right outside the station at an official taxi stand. However, true to form, they saw us as tourists and told us it was 30 euros per cab to get to the hotel. When we got to the hotel the desk clerk said it was a 15 euro per cab ride. So you can still get robbed no matter how much you try.
The roof top of the hotel is a great place for a nightcap. Breakfast was fine with a number of choices. We did not eat any other meals at the hotel.

Be forewarned, like many elevators in Italy, theirs is TINY. It can barely fit two people and that's without luggage. If that bothers you ask for a room close to ground level.

Great hotel within walking distance of lots of attractions and very close to train station. We had room on refurbished floor with very nice decor and modern attractive bathroom. Room wasnt large but fine for a week. Friends had an executive room on same floor which was spacious and modern. Lobby was large with separate seating areas, lots of sofas and lovely decor. Rooftop garden bar and breakfast area had great views over Rome and was especially appealing for an evening drink with lights of city. This restaurant and other areas of the hotel seemed in need of refurbishement but not too bad, just shabby in places. Price seemed right for area and quality of hotel, it wasnt a budget type option but well worth it. Staff varied in level of friendliness - overall average.
