We stayed in this Hotel for several nights, the room was very, very spacious, the bathroom was a huge a marble one with a large shower, double sinks, bidet and toilet, spotlessly clean every day.

I can't say the personnel were especially friendly but never rude. We met some fellow travelers and spent several pleasant hours in the bar in the hotel.

Breakfast was absolutely the best, great cappuccino, bacon, eggs, fruits, pastry and delicious Prosciutto, toast & jelly butter milk, juice, couldn't be better.

Yes it's a little out of the way, thats what cabs are for. Local (walking distance) restaurants were fine, many to choose from.

I came to this site to make reservations for May of this year.

We got this hotel through Priceline and were promised that it would be 4-star. It was by far our worst hotel throughout Europe. The hotel was out of the way, the rooms were dirty, the restaurant food was terrible, and many of the staff was rude. And, don't think that the really, really bad breakfast comes with the room. It will cost you way more than it could ever be worth.

We were disappointed with the way we were treated the condition of the hotel and the staff. The Shower was not clean... Mold on the walls. Upon checking in, we realized that the Refrigerator did not work . The management replaced it but they removed our items (sodas and waters) that were obviously not part of their "Mini Bar".
Before booking this hotel, we looked into numerous hotels .... most offer a complimentary "lite"breakfast with the stay.. bread, cereal, coffee, tea etc. We were "surprised" with a bill on checkout for $68 (48 Euros) for our morning breakfast. (2 days-2 people). There was no menu, sign or notice that mentioned that we were to pay $12 Euros per person for a hard roll and coffee per person per day.. We felt ripped off
They advertise that they offer assistance securing transportation to the local airport. However the desk was not helpful. . We had to ask several times if they could assist us in getting a cab back to the airport.. Finally we supplied them with a local number, they seemed to be "put off" by helping us...

Definitely listen to Trip Advisor reviews on this one. Id have to count this as my most disappointing hotel experience ever. I was really looking forward to seeing Rome and staying in a nice hotel room for my husbands birthday. This hotel does have nice rooms, we saw one, room 419 for example was very nice, like the online photos on their website, but we werent given one like that. I made the mistake of bidding through priceline for a 4 star hotel room in Rome. With that process they assign you a hotel once you agree on a price. We paid $168.00 per night for three nights. We were given room 316. It was a passable 3 star with a few issues, but not a 4 star by any stretch of the imagination. The sheets were clean and the bathroom was nice, but thats all the good I can say about it. We had two beds shoved together even though we requested a king size bed. They did however make it up as one bed our second and third nights. The view was of a brick walled building across the alley. Our chair in the room looked like a used up lawn chair chipped and uncomfortable and the television set was tiny and the sound was permanently set so low you couldnt hear it unless you were 6 inches away from it.. When we requested a nicer room, we were just told we booked a standard room, so were only going to get a standard room. I'd say their standards for 4 star are extremely low. It was a bit out of the center of things but we didnt mind that. I would never stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone.
