I ve been at the Grand Hotel Parco de'Principi for a business trip. While the hotel itself still can be placed in the high end, i could not say the same about its quality of service. People at the door are barely decent, while the reception is managed by a group of experienced but just mid standing professionals. The way they interact with customers has been disapointing. In my case, for example, despite my request to pick up my suit and delivery at a particular time in the morning, they were late and made me being late to a very important business meeting. And, of course, charging me for their "express service".
Restaurant is pretty good from a food quality perspective but, at the same time, quality of service did not reflect the top notch expectations a Grand Hotel should meet. SPA is very good.
