My husband and I just returned from Italy and we loved Hotel White. We stayed 3 nights and would recommend it to anyone. It was our most expensive hotel in Italy but for Rome it was reasonable (160 Euros per night I think). Like everyone has mentioned the location can't be beat, very close to the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Barbarini metro stop, etc. Compared the many of the hotel breakfasts we've had throughout Europe we thought it was plentiful...a wide variety of pastries, fruit, cheese/meats, yogurt, cereal, etc. All the restuarants we ate dinner at were very close by, great food and reasonably priced. We also grabbed sandwiches from a few of the markets in the area for lunch during the day. Internet access is available for 3 Euros for one hour. The hotel staff speaks English and was helpful. The rooms are small but pretty normal by Europe standards. The room was clean and updated so I can't think of anythign to complain about! I'd recommend to anyone!

My husband and I just stayed a week at the White hotel in Rome and we were very happy with it. The hotel itself is small and modern but the location of the hotel makes up for the tiny rooms.
We walked everywhere in Rome, the city is very walkable and we found the location of the hotel great.
The Trevi fountain was 5 minutes away, the Navoni Piazza 15-20 minutes, the Pantheon about 15 minutes, the colosseum about 25-30 minutes, spanish steps 15 minutes and the Vatikan ca. 25 minutes. GREAT location!
We also liked the fact that the hotel offered a taxi service to the international F. airport, 2 people for 45 Euros, which was cheaper than the shuttle we had from the airport to the hotel.
The staff was very friendly, the breakfast buffet was not huge but efficient (came for an extra price though) and overall, what really thrilled us was the location!

just returned from a great weekend break at white hotel,yes i do agree with other reviews the rooms are small,we had standard room but everything you could want for weeknd break as you dont really spend that much time in the room too much to see.the location was great on the same street as the trevi fountain,lots of nice places to eat.the The tea and coffee facilites and ipod dock was nice bonus in the room,will return to this hotel next time we visit Rome.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff upon check in were great, they realised that we had had a long journey and helped us up with our luggage. Our room was abit cramped for three of us, but was lovely. We had one double bed and a pull out bed in our room, but we had to keep folding the pull out bed up to get around the room. The room was ideal for a base though as we weren't in the room very often. The location of this hotel is perfect, we walked to all the main attractions, the Trevi fountain is just down the road and the Colosseum was about a 15 minute walk. We found some excellant ice cream palours and a pizza place that you could buy slices of pizza. If I was visiting Rome again I would definately stay here due to the excellant location.
