Stayed here for 4 nights. Centrally located just a few blocks from Termini. Smooth and efficent check-in although not standard check-in time. Standard room, well appointed, clean, quiet and comfortable. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Bar was a welcome haven after very hot and sticky Rome days. Fantastic measures served with complimentary snacks in late afternoon and evening. Prices unbelievable..have never none such value in a hotel bar, all drinks/snacks served with a cheery smile. easy access to Metro around corner (B line) while A line can be accessed either from here with a change of line or direct at Termini. Restaurants within proximity of hotel OK but not that special. Suggest you walk up Via Bachelet across Piazza Indipendza into Via Castelfidardo.Several good restaurants here... though avoid the tourist menu places....try Da Vincenza near the top of road or restaurant on other side of road (can't remember name but all waiters Indian) both serve good food and many locals eating so good recommendation. Don't beafraid to refuse obligatory bread...usually quite dry and you get charged whether you eat it or not unless you refuse it! Try the open top bus tours..red ones have 2 day passes and run every twenty minutes...easy to hop on hop off. Can honestly say have never stayed in a Best Western before that gave 5 star service for 3 star charge. Use Terravision transfer from airport... 8 euro return either online or at bus stop....don't buy bus tickets on Ryan Air as they charge double price for same transfer...rip off merchants!!

Just spent 5 days here with my sister. Cannot recommend this hotel more highly. Staff very helpful, drinks cheaper than anywhere outside. Room spotless and very comfortable.Very quiet at night. Hotel very near to Rome Termini. Good choice at breakfast. You won't go hungry. Dont eat in the nearby restaurants just have a wander up the local streets and you will find better restaurants.

All the positive reviews posted here made me booking this hotel. What a great find, indeed. We stayed a whole week in a deluxe room, which was very well appointed. This hotel gives evidence that a hotel's quality does not depend just on its number of stars rather than on its level of maintenance, decoration, service and staff. I would give this hotel and its staff full marks! Breakfast was outstanding, good to high quality items, Staff there was kind and attentive. Housekeeping was reliable and did a very good job. We frequently enjoyed having drinks at the bar with friendly staff and extremely moderate prices.
The hotel is conveniently located (and as a European I would never hesitate to call the neighbourhood fully safe), access to metro line B around the corner, central station nearby (many busses start there).
Indeed, this hotel is a great find. After arrival, when entering our room, I was so happy about my choice. And I still am after having left.

I just returned home from an 8 day trip to Paris and Rome and stayed in this hotel for 4 nights while in Rome. I cannot tell you how much we loved this hotel. The staff greeted us and had our room ready when we arrived. The room was exceptionally clean and quite spacious, especially having just left our very clean closet of a room in Paris. However we did have a delux room, but it was more than enough space for two with a spacious bathroom and a sitting area. The hotel offered free wireless internet as well as a great breakfast that you can get included with your room rate. There is also a hotel bar which has very resonable drink prices.

The neighborhhod was residential but had lots of family run restaurants and other small hotels. I highly recommend the first restaurant just across the street from the hotel. We ate dinner here twice as well as two other restaurants in the area, but the food here was excellent. The neighborhood is just 3 blocks from Termini train station (a major station in the city) which is very convenient from the airport as well as a metro station. We did the hop on/hop off buses to get around (which I also recommend as they run on a 24 hour block, meaning if you get your ticket today at 3:00pm, it's good untl tomorrow at the same time so you can get a lot of site seeing done this way. All of the hop on/hop off serivces start and end at Termini and there are at least 6 companies to choose from for 20 Euro a day, or 30 Euro for a two day pass. Well worh it. You can buy tickets for the green Line company at the front desk of the hotel.

Overall, I will definitely stay at this hotel again, as I plan to return to Rome in the fall. I can't wait.
