I had read in a website that it was - "2 Minutes from the Termini Stazione" - So I have to clarify that this is if you get the right end!!! The Train Station is huuuuge and we got off the very other end and it was a 20 minute walk, but after walking with our suitcases through the street we soon realized that if you leave the station through the "other" end it definitely is 2 minutes!!
The rooms seem to have been recently renovated and very nicely - very modern and beautiful in my opinion. Not the "Baroque" or classical style you might find all through Italy. The bathroom was amazing and the shower fabulous - granite floor and walls etc...
The staff was extremely helpful and the breakfast which is include has everythig to leave you full for a long while. The location is close to most of the historical sites in Rome, except for the Vatican which is farther away, but you have the Metro and the Main Train Station were you can find most car rentals.
We just stayed one night since were going to Tuscany but would definitely stay there again.
One last thing..Since we were only there for 1 night. we had a room for 4 (2 teens 17 and 18) and it was very conformable.

Stay was one week. This is an EXCELLENT hotel for the money. All rooms renovated in a Westin Hotel style. Floor 7 rooms have a private balcony with A+ Rome views. Bathroom was new and marble with tub/shower. Bed was great! Location by Termini Train Station made day travel a breeze. On a nice street with other tourist hotels and resturants. Flat screen TV in rooms with pay movies in English. Main complaint was only 3 free English TV stations and the front desk staff which tended to be a bit snitty.

our room was spacious and had a big tv..the hotel is centrally located..10 to 15 minutes walk from the train station..the breakfast was good, many to choose, the staff spoke english, restaurant served sumptous food even though we came there late, there was a gym but we were not able to use it, internet cafes outside and some food shops, mini library in the main hall....negative things were 1. we heard the noise from the hall or from the other room esp. late at night...2. there was a man selling souvenirs in the hall, bit annoying..

Stayed here for 2 nights on a business trip. Location is quite good- bvery close to Termini (the main train station) on a nice enough street with other hotels. The staff were generally very nice and helpful other than 1 guy with glasses who worked at night- he was so bloody rude, arrougant and unhelpful. One the first night, the electricity went while i was in the shower- I rang down to reception and he said he's get a porter up- half an hour later, i rang again as no one had come, he told me that the porters were busy and someone would be up in half an hour! I ended up going out with my hair wet, no make up or anything as room was in darkness. The room was very small - not 4 star quality, but clean and done the job, The bed squeaked a ot and everytime I moved it hit off the headboard making a huge bang. Lifts took an waful long time, breakfast was good. The hotel advertises as having Turkish baths- I went down the first night,a nd it wasnt on.
